I am a licensed Zumba ® and Zumba Gold® instructor, aiming to continuously inspire others to pursue their fitness goals through dance, as well as pursuing an active lifestyle and balanced nutrition. I strive to cultivate a welcoming and inclusive class, mixing Latin-based dance with pop moves, hip-hop swag, combat powersteps, retro grooves, and aerobics infusions.

Licensed Zumba Instructor, Zumba Gold trainer, and current Zumba Instructor Network member
Certified AED/CPR Level C Responder, Action First Aid
Completed training on Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, Integrated Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System.
