Roxy LOVED Heidi! My little kitty cat knows that any time she has to go in the car, no good will come of it. She whines and cries the whole way, shari...ng her utter displeasure.
When I picked her up from her appointment, she was happy to see me, but instead of the normal complaint about her miseries, I was met with happy meows of storytelling. She was calm and happy the whole way home, and had no lasting effects from her adventure.
This speaks highly of Heidi's services, and I would absolutely recommend her! Heidi had a separate room that appeared to be well stocked and maintained. She was friendly, kind, and easy to work with. The whole process was very easy and simple, and I would definitely use her services again!
