I am a trained, professional Birth and Postpartum Doula and I am a mother of three kids myself. I am very well educated in both theory and experience with all things birth, breastfeeding, infant sleep, infant care, and much more. I will provide three free prenatal visits to help you prepare for your upcoming birth, and in those visits, I help you formulate your unique birth plan, offer evidence-based information on topics of your interest, and show you some much needed comfort techniques to utilize any time you need to during labour and delivery.
