Will process and take the bones out of desired animal for your consumption. 7 years as a journeymen meat cutter with a specialty in pork. Don't know all the very fancy cuts on lamb, and game but can't be too hard to learn. As of now I don't have the equipment to grind, make sausage, butcher, or dehair but with the money you save that will be easy to cover. Price is per animal. Open to having you monitor and observe the process to make sure i'm cutting to your standard. Would be willing to come to you if you live in a reasonable distance. Very laid back and cleanliness is a main concern. The process would go, you buy/ hunt/ raise an animal, pay a small fee to kill/ dehair. I come in a process after animal has cooled and aged to your liking. Currently don't have vac seal equipment but can wrap in butcher paper.
Training & Qualifications
7+ years in the meat industry. I've cut up 10's of thousands of animals in my 26 years on this Earth and in a very clean and respectable fashion. I work for a smaller higher quality processing plant where you learn how to do the complete process of cutting up product. It is so much cheaper and healthier to buy in bulk and have the whole animal's products for yourself. I'm currently the 3rd generation to be in the meat industry and i'm looking to start my own custom cutting business in the near future. Also my work title is Quality supervisor so you know I have to be good at what I do.
