Help you craft your birth plan, provide non medical comfort measures and physical, emotional, and spiritual support during the entirety of your labor and birth process, as well as help you debrief your birth experience. I can advocate for you and your plan, help with initial breastfeeding, and I provide continuous support.
Training & Qualifications
I am trained through DONA International, I have my Basic Life Support CPR certification.
