Do you need to talk to somebody, be emotionally advocated for, or need to process through a life event? It is important to maintain our self care routines, and sometimes we may not have a support system to help us with balancing our emotional/mental health care. This is something I find important, which is why I'm offering a service of listening. Over phone, skype, or text messaging, I will listen to and advocate you. I am going to ask questions to deepen thought, share advice if you request it, and support you as a friend would. Whether it is a break up, a death in the family, gossip, ranting, or the simple need to connect to another person-- I'm here for you. I believe that connection and conversation is how we naturally process events that may hold us back from flourishing into our higher potentials. Let's grow!
Training & Qualifications
I have 2 Doula certifications. I'm trained to assist folks through major transitions, conflict, and extreme pain (labor). I specialize in communication, connection, and can offer astrological advice if that is your thing!
Availability & Preferences
I am free during the week, and can do weekends during evenings.
