First I want to know what problems you are experiencing with the use of yourelectronic device, (i.e. computer, phone, iPod, e-reader etc). If I know what could be wrong, I will inform you about possible solutions, walking you through them or by making a step by step guide to help walk you through it. If this does not work for you, a meet can be arranged in, or around, Utrecht or Amsterdam.
If necessary, I can reconfigure your device or even make small repairs, depending on the problem and its solution. Reconfiguration and repairs probably requires a meet if your device is not a pc or laptop.
With a pc or laptop the application 'teamviewer' can be used to set up a remote connection so I can watch your screen from my own computer (this can only be done with your approval). For making repairs I could also use teamviewer to take over your mouse if this is necessary (also this needs your permission in order to work).
For reconfigurations and repairs I recommend you overwatch the whole process, so I don't make any unwanted adjustments to your device.
You are, at all times, the owner of and decisionmaker over your device.
Training & Qualifications
Hans is trained in the field of IT. He is working at an IT firm called OGD for the past one and a half year, where he had various jobs as an installer, workplace supporter and servicedesker. This always had a consulting feel.
Hans has experience with Windows, Linux, OSX, iOS and Android. Next to phones and computers, Hans knows his way around with various brands and other devices as well.
