Most people know my boyfriend by Jessica, however his name is Kaden. He's gone through hell and back with everything that has been going on. It all started when he was 12. Things just didn't feel right and he knew that Jessica was not who he was. Society hasn't been the best and most accepting and his family hates it. He has never been invited to a single family function and his dad has freaked out on him multiple times. Not to mention how awful school was for him. He finally graduated but had to quit his job because of how mistreated he was. I need to raise at least $6,000 dollars for his top surgery. His insurance does not cover any of the costs. And we are both struggling to raise enough money to get the surgery. Getting this surgery would make both of our worlds and any help is much appreciated!
