Basic Cooking Coaching
I will assist you in basic kitchen skills such as knife skills, suggest equipment, help with basic skills to help you be more confident in the kitchen. Food freedom is important, and dependence on pre made food is expensive and not as healthy. We will assess where your skills already are and go from there, finding where your strengths can be built upon. For starters, we can kick the can and learn how to make incredible but simple soups at home without being dependent on convenience foods.
Training & Qualifications
I am not a 5 star chef. I am an amateur food enthusiast and I think basics are really important. I'm not a super duper food snob, but I am always learning and love to pass on practical skills to others.
