In Montgomery county, can guest you in to the YMCA where I am a member. Join me for BodyCombat (my fave class!), BodyPump, BodyStep & more! I can go to any Y, but guest policies vary by location. I'm a great motivator but not a zealot or crazed fitness buff. If I can do it, so can you!
Training & Qualifications
Been doing BodyCombat for a year & half. It's always more fun with someone, but its a group exercise. Challenging and fun!
