Beginner hoop cardio lessons

Get a hoop workout while having fun with hula hoops. Beginner tricks including on and off body hooping will be taught. Meet at a public park in the GTA (1 hour lesson). No hoop, no problem! I have extra hoops to lend out for the duration of the lesson.
Training & Qualifications
Hoop cardio certification and teaching experience from Brass Vixens in Toronto.
Availability & Preferences
Sunday afternoon/evenings
