Who's your real user? How will you launch your product/company? Which skills you need in the team and which skills you should outsource? How do you approach growth? Are you sure your users will like this?
On top of asking you questions, I'll provide you some tools that are easy to use and which will help you on your future stages.
Training & Qualifications
I am a professional coach for startups and SME. I've a Master in computer sciences but I've worked as a user experience designer, Product director, consultant advisor and managing director of a startup.
My main topic is product design for the digital world but I've also worked with a wearable company trying to infiltrate a niche market in the outdoor world. Or also product design in a startup in the security field.
Oh and I'm French, living in Switzerland and spending time all around Europe :-)
Availability & Preferences
I live in Europe so I'll mainly free in the morning (US time) or in the evening (Asia time).
