Talk me down! 15 min of Mindfulness

Feeling off balance, stressed or worried? I will help you get centered with 15 minutes of guided mindfulness. We will check in about what's on your mind for around 3-4 minutes then I will guide you in meditation and breathing that will help you feel more calm and centered and able to meet your challenges. No experience necessary. All you need is a place to be where you can have a little quiet and close your eyes without distraction.

I am a transformative coach and personal and leadership trainer, who has been working with socially engaged people from all walks of life and contexts for the past 12 years to release blocks to their own expression and shift long held ways of being.
