Roller derby / Skate training

I can help with pretty much anything you need whether its strategy, basic endurance and workout training, rules, drills, basics, or even just learning how to skate. I can also teach speed skating but it's not my specialty.
Training & Qualifications
I have been playing roller derby for 4 years and i'm on the B team to the currently #1 ranked team in the world (for JRDA) Galaxy girls, I skate coach younger players and can probably teach up to an intermediate level.
Availability & Preferences
Most of the year i much prefer teaching sunday nights (7 - 10) at the lynnwood bowl and skate for their derby night, it's typically rather empty and they will let us do what we need to.
