I'm that person that friends call when they're having a hard day, going through a break-up, just found out about some tragic news, or are having a crisis. I have an ability to listen well, deeply empathize, see people's biggest potential, nurture, coach, and offer keen insights and wisdom. I have training in life coaching and have studied psychotherapy disciplines and relational practices.

The session will consist of you explaining what you're needing in the moment in our phone call. This could be for me to listen, to challenge, to ask explorative questions that get you to learn something new, or to offer nurturing and wisdom.

I have availability throughout the week. Mostly, during the afternoon and evenings.
