Leadership & Career Coaching
Coaching process, structured to be carried out in 8 meetings lasting 1.5 hours, with a (suggested) biweekly periodicity.
I'm focusing on coaching for:
- Young people at the beginning of their careers.
- People that are taking, or preparing to take, their first leadership role.
Coaching is a process of developing self-awareness with defined goals. Through dialogue, coaching provides a safe space where the individual can identify their main issues and find answers that lead to better performance in both personal and professional life, and also commit to effective action.
It is a process of self-development focused on results.
It assists the person in reviewing their past so that they acknowledge their strengths and recognize what needs to be developed. With an expanded perspective, it helps design the desired future. From these insights, it is possible to draw up a single, consistent and true action plan.
Training & Qualifications
I am an consultant in Training & Development for soft and managerial skills, working in my own business for the last 4 years, and an ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach, just pending having the required coaching hours to get my PCC certification.
I am an engineer undergraduate, having worked in financial markets for 3 years before changing to consulting.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free on Mondays and Fridays.
