Oftentimes children are not taught to their learning style in class. This leads to lowered grades, which pressures a student to learn to answer test questions rather than curriculum. As a private teacher, I can make sure a student learns concepts, instead of learning specific methods for solving specific problems.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a high school senior, having gone through the public school educational system myself. I have a comprehensive understanding of all core curriculum. I started tutoring my peers in grade 7, and since grade 10 I've tutored all high school core curriculum. I've also prepared peers for the ACT exam. I teach the basics of engineering and robotics through Robot-U, where I've worked for the past three years. I'm proud to say I've taught over 100 individual kids in at least 5 schools.
Availability & Preferences
I can work any day after 6:00 PM. A quiet location with internet access is all I need.
