I teach pole dance. I include a 20-minute stretching session along with a 60-minute pole dance lesson.
Training & Qualifications
I have been pole dancing for 15 years and have multiple pole dance competion titles. I have been teaching pole for 10 years.

I am free Thursday through Friday
