I will get you started on a healthy vegan or part-vegetarian diet. You can ask me your most pressing questions. We'll discuss health, taste, and how to make your new diet sustainable.
What is healthy, what is not? I know there are so many theories out there and of course, I do have my own view on nutrition. Some will advocate a protein-rich diet, I will not. Some will say carbs are the devil, I will not.
All (a lot anyway) will be revealed in our 1-hour chat about veganism :-)

I've been a vegetarian for 6 years now and vegan for about a year or two and I have a degree in Nutrition from the European Academy for Natural Health.
