I combine different paradigms of physical fitness from crossfit, sport specific training, yoga and bodybuilding and combine it with my knowledge of psychology to bring you a wholistic approach to feeling better inside and out.
Training & Qualifications
I am a crossfit level one trainier with a bs in counseling psychology. I have worked at multiple corporate gyms and now only wish to help those that want to help themselves
