Need interior design help w/new apt

My girlfriend and I just moved into a 2 bedroom in Rockville Centre, NY with a friend of ours.
I need help making interior improvements to the place, and on the cheap.
Would like to make use of what we have, cheap DIY projects, and free/cheap items from craigslist or ikea hacks.
We have lots of dishes but nearly all of them are awful. The place is almost 100% undercoated, my gf is starting to go crazy and I need help!
Would be willing to trade anywhere from 35 to 150 simbi depending on how much help we'd get. Ideally would like you to come see the place and work with me for an afternoon. I will provide lunch and refreshments as well! :)
