As a postpartum doula I come to help you after you've had a baby! I will answer questions, offer resources, and help with whatever things you are struggling with or don't have the energy for as you are dealing with a new baby. This can include offering breastfeeding support, light house cleaning, meal prep, and more. I also offer birth doula services!
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified doula through the International Doula Institute.
Availability & Preferences
I take between 1 and 3 postpartum clients per month.
