This is for Windows only;
This would require us to meet in person. I could diagnose the issue of your computer (let you know if it's actually a virus or not), remove any malicious files and programs. I could also just wipe your system clean and make it like you just bought it (keep in mind wiping a computer deletes all data, so it's recommended you transfer any files you want to keep onto a flash drive or another computer).
Training & Qualifications
I've worked as a Tech associate at Office Depot.
I don't have formal education in this field, but I can tell you that I basically live on my computer and know how to properly maintain it.
