I will work with your diet preferences, food sensitivities, sensory difficulties, cooking limitations, and any other food related difficulties to figure out a week's meal plan that works with your budget. I work with people of all sizes, budgets, and health with no judgement and no pressure to eat any particular thing. I am vegan/vegetarian friendly (but also do not judge those who consume animal products), familiar with working with very limited budgets, and have a thorough understanding of of atypical food issues (such as sensory issues that make certain food textures impossible, OCD related food requirements, those recovering from EDs or managing food cravings due to medication or health issues).
My service is not for those with severe 'hidden' food allergies (I do not have the training to know for sure what food items in your area have hidden allergens), those who are on complex medically mandated diets (IE, I can work with 'low sodium' or 'avoid nightshades', but not low FODMAP or other more specific diets) or for those who want to plan a weight loss diet.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually available seven days a week from about 5 PM central standard time to 10 PM central standard time. Other meeting times available on request.
