I will prepare a gourmet vegetarian or vegan meal for you and your family or friends (up to six people). You can enjoy the meal served to you at my home, or you can take it "to-go." I will accommodate any dietary preferences that you have, as long as meat is not included :-)
Training & Qualifications
I have been a vegetarian for over a year, and for much longer than that cooking with quality ingredients has been a passion of mine. I like to explore cooking dishes from a variety of cultural backgrounds, and I prefer to use local and organic ingredients when my budget allows.
