Pilates, yoga, exercise of any form
I'm looking to get healthier. I suffer from chronic migraines and cfs (chronic fatigue syndrome) my anxiety makes it difficult for me to exercise in front of or with people but i need to do it. Looking for a yoga trainer, Pilates teacher, etc.
Free Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays. Free in the morning Tuesday-Thursday. Also willing to do this before 6am.
I want someone there with me to do this.
I'm a massage therapist and definitely want to work something out.
