I'm a Paleo cooking instructor and personal chef. I know quite a bit about Paleo nutrition since I voraciously read food and wellness blogs. I'm always developing new recipes to put on my own food blog, DIYPaleo.com. Eating Paleo has helped me overcome and manage health issues such as allergies, asthma and eczema.
Besides cooking professionally, I'm also a Certified Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, as well as a writer and editor. I hold a BA in English with a Writing concentration. I've done content development on everything from email campaigns to video scripts to website copy. My editing work will transform your writing into clear and concise copy you'll be proud to present.
Recreationally, I'm a poet, gardener, hiker and camper. I love to travel and be outside in the sunshine.
