With 19 years of experience as a lead Portuguese Language teacher, working with upper elementary and high school students, I have developed a solid and dedicated career in education, focused on the holistic development of students. Throughout my journey, I have been responsible for teaching classes that not only follow the school's curriculum but are also adapted to the specific needs of each class and each student. My pedagogical practice is guided by a deep commitment to forming individuals who are conscious, critical, and capable of interacting effectively with the world around them.

I have extensive experience in preparing annual plans and lesson plans, always aligned with the school's educational project and current curriculum guidelines. This work includes preparing, administering, and grading tests and educational activities, with a focus on continuous assessment of students' performance. Producing individual reports on student progress is a central part of my work, as I believe in the importance of providing detailed and constructive feedback to each student and their families.

My educational approach is inclusive, ensuring that students with disabilities receive the necessary educational adaptations for their full development. This commitment to inclusion is supported by a deep knowledge of educational legislation, such as the LDB (Brazilian Education Guidelines and Framework Law), the BNCC (National Common Curricular Base), and the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), which guide my classroom practices.

In addition to classroom activities, I actively participate in parent-teacher meetings and pedagogical meetings, effectively collaborating with the school team in the development of interdisciplinary projects. These projects are fundamental to creating an integrated learning environment where students can apply knowledge acquired in different subjects in a practical and contextualized manner.

My experience also includes the use of educational technologies. I use digital whiteboards and multimedia kits to enhance classes, making them more dynamic and interactive. Additionally, I keep daily digital records, demonstrating extensive proficiency in IT, particularly with Office 365 and Google for Education. These tools are essential for organizing pedagogical work and communicating with students and parents, ensuring that everyone involved in the educational process is well-informed and engaged.

From a methodological standpoint, I possess deep theoretical and practical knowledge of mother tongue teaching methodologies. My practice is informed by educational theories that prioritize holistic and inclusive education, focusing on active listening and the cognitive and socioemotional development of students. I believe that teaching Portuguese goes beyond mastering grammar; it should promote the formation of individuals capable of using language critically and creatively in different social contexts.

My work is driven by a commitment to continuous professional development. Throughout my career, I have participated in various training courses, both in pedagogy and educational technology. In terms of outcomes, I can highlight the success of my students in both internal and external assessments, demonstrating the effectiveness of my pedagogical practices. Many of my students have achieved superior performance in exams like the ENEM (National High School Exam), reflecting my commitment to academic excellence and the holistic development of each student.

Finally, my experience also includes coordinating and participating in school events such as science fairs, literary weeks, and writing competitions. These events are opportunities for students to apply what they have learned in the classroom in activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
