About Elif Erboke, M.A.
Organizational Development practitioner with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and expertise in change management, learning agility, talent development, coaching, facilitation and project management.
My international experience in the US and Turkey is mostly in global fast moving consumer goods and hospitality/retail companies. Most recently, as Head of HR and a strategic business partner, I led the growth of a start-up restaurants and bars business to 4000 employees and 150+ locations operating in multiple countries through mergers and acquisitions.
I design, implement, and evaluate Organization Development interventions targeted at improving performance in key work streams like Performance Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Succession/Talent Planning, and Culture Transformation. such as mass hiring, management trainee programs and using assessment center programs have always been an integral part of my job description.
I have in-depth experience in full-life cycle recruiting for management trainee programs, executive positions, field retail operations teams and management level hiring. I research and develop strategic solutions, utilizing alternative sourcing methods as well, that will attract and acquire high quality candidates and build a pipeline for future needs.
As a well-rounded senior HR professional, I am interested in opportunities in organizational development and change management.
