I will build you a website for whatever static content you want displayed. Static being I will not build some system where you can log in and perform certain actions around the site. You can leave the design up to me or you can give me a folder of screenshots to build from.
Static websites are good for things such as product pages, personal sites that tell something about you, a business page, etc.
