During our session, I will help you assess the strategic direction of your business, and the feasibility of your business plan based on current market trends and financial health of your business. I like consulting for small businesses and guide the owner to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, and introduce a set of basic financial concepts that will provide a whole new perspective of the business. I will also help you to look into other areas of your business, such as marketing and management, to seek for areas of improvement.
Overall, I aim to have a brainstorming session with you and provide you the necessary tools to seek for improvements of your business!
Training & Qualifications
I am currently a BBA student, with a major in Finance and Accounting. But I don't only look at numbers! I believe that small businesses, or any entrepreneurial project, go beyond what the numbers say. It entails other intangible aspects, such as the organizational structure and culture, that build the foundation for success. And I will help you explore all these aspects for improvement on your business.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free on Mon-Thu 12PM-5PM PST. My schedule is pretty flexible.
