Basic Sports and Fitness Exercises

Can recommend or plan drills/work outs for a single person or group wether its to enhance sports skills or get back into shape. Specialize in (ordered from most to least): Baseball, Football, Basketball, Wrestling, and Biking.

Training & Qualifications


I have played sports all of my life. I've played baseball up into highschool for about 17 different seasons, and currently coach a team for 13-16 year olds in the late spring/early summer. I played football up into highschool for about 6 seasons, as well as basketball. Wrestling was stopped in middle school after just 2 seasons in order to continue basketball, however I still help my two younger brothers with it whenever I can. Biking is something I am still relatively new in, as I have picked it up in the past year. I have gone through many physical therapy and trainer sessions for knee and shoulder injuries, so I can include those in my plans for you.

Availability & Preferences


Weekdays: Before 1:00 pm, after 6:00 pm
Weekends: Usually after 11:00 am and before 10:00 pm
