Personal Training/Injury Post-Rehab
I provide training and nutritional consultation to help individuals lose fat, individuals looking to build muscle or improve their figure, beginners trying to improve their strength.
I also provide Post-Rehab and Corrective Exercise training to anybody with injuries, chronic pain, or anyone who is looking to prevent future injury.*
*I am not a licensed medical professional, so I require clearance from a physician or physical therapist before training if you have undiagnosed chronic pain or any other known medical limitations*
I probably will not accept Simbi but I can be extremely flexible since this is my own business so we can work out some way to exchange services to the benefit of us both.

For those with aesthetic goals, I emphasize not just proper form but proper TECHNIQUE, develop an individualized program that will adjust over time as your body gets stronger based on each client's needs, and also provide in-depth resources and consulation on everything you need for nutrition. You don't just get training, you get education on skills you can use in the gym and in the kitchen the rest of your life.
For those who have been cleared for exercise and still need help to rehabilitate an injury OR want to prevent future injury, fix back pain etc, I also am trained in a corrective exercise setting. I take all my clients through a comprehensive movement analysis to uncover what exactly is throwing their body off, and then build a corrective exercise program off of that, with nutrition consulting if it is desired.
