I can teach you how to prepare some of your favorite dishes. I can also offer coaching on how to adjust recipes to fit any diet and still have your food taste excellent (I have been vegan, vegetarian, paleo, no carb and cooked myself amazing and satisfying food on all these diets). Either through a skype or FaceTime tutorial or in your kitchen, I can walk you through the preparation of pretty much any dish. I have experience personal chefing and also preparing demonstrations at farmers markets.

I have been a personal chef (2 years), and also ran famers markets and nutrition/food prep demonstrations (3 years).
