Hello! I'm Drew Pauly and am the Program Coordinator for inCOMMON Community Development. We are a non profit that works to unite and strengthen vulnerable neighborhoods through root level poverty alleviation. We are currently working in one of Omaha's most diverse neighborhoods, Park Ave. A big part of what I do, is overseeing the day to day operations of The Park Ave Commons (the community Center), coordinate our busy team of volunteers and help consult with other organizations on Asset Based Community Development. I have supervised & managed medium (10-20) teams in both academic and professional settings. I have received an excellency and character recognition award, I'm CASAS trained and Certified, Mental Health First Aid trained, CPR First Aid/AED trained and I've received several Education related trainings ranging from Behavior Modification to Child Psychology & Development. I have audited several online accredited courses in the fields of Urban Studies & Planning, Psychology, Cultural Anthropology, and Non Profit Management.
