Douglas was fantastic in teaching me how to set up my mixer for recording phone calls. Turns out I needed another cable. He sent me the link to that c...able in amazon and this was great so that I know I get the right one. It took me a little bit to understand how it would work and Douglas was patient and explained examples in different was until I understood! I would definitely work with him again. show more
