Android / iOS App Development

I am a 3rd year Computer Engineering student at the University of Waterloo and also a freelancer in Android application development. I am very comfortable with Android, and learning iOS, but I can do both if your demand is easy enough =P

I know it's more of a professional service, but it's also good for me to gain more experience in this field.

Trading Preference: I’m flexible, just hit me up!

About Dongoug (Dan) Kim

Born in South Korea, grew up in Calgary, and currently studying in the Canadian Silicon Valley aka Waterloo-Kitchener. With 6 internship experiences under my belt and one more to go, I am getting read...y to tackle some of the world's problems full-time after graduation. I am finishing up my 3rd year as a Computer Engineering student at the University of Waterloo. I participate in Hackathons, do freelance work, and do some side-projects on my own time. I am really passionate about technology and using it to scratch my own itch (fix my own problems, do more with less). I am very proud of my previous internships, where I have helped my teams meet their project goals through being an assertive team member. Through my internships I have gained transferrable skills such as working in cross-cultural teams, detailed documentation, clear communication, assertiveness, and the desire to learn something new everyday. I have technical experience with JAVA, C#, C++, obj-C through practicing in code reviews, peer programming and discussing with senior software architects in my various internships. I helped the team conserve good source-control practices with SVN and Git. Through side projects I am able to learn new technologies and stay updated in my field. I am very comfortable developing Android applications, and have experience in developing iOS as well. Through my freelance work, I am exposed to the impact that technology brings to untapped markets. Aside from work, I am always ready to help out at multi-cultural events and exchanges. Language and culture-sharing is my passion, and I am co-president of the biggest language exchange club at the University of Waterloo. I help the members of the organization fulfill their interests in learning a new language and connecting with other students who can talk their desired language.
