Provide diagnostic and repair services of PC's (desktops or laptops), home or business network systems. I can also help troubleshoot or repair basic software installations and operation.

Training & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Conputer Sciences with 6 years experience as a help desk support analyst and information systems administrator. I specialize in Microsoft operating systems but am familiar with MacOS as well.
