I have been running Self care courses (especially stress management courses) at Shelters and NGOs.. The most popular course is Stress Management.....the courses run for 6 weeks (1 hour per week) or a days course of 6 hours...
The group must be btw 6 - 12 participants... There is an assessment for almost each course that participants could complete before they start the course and then after 6 weeks a follow-up to see the progress....
By putting the suggestions into practice (completing homework every week) you get to see results....
Classes are resuming again in the New Year. Unless a specific request is made..
