In this private solo session, I devote all of my energy to help you become more centered, grounded and powerful in your daily life. Before our meeting, we will discuss special requests, goals, needs and review your background and current practices. Based on this assessment, the session will be tailored to you and might incorporate dynamic, functional movement, meditation, core-work, Yin or restorative yoga postures with soothing hands-on adjustments with essential oils. I draw on a blend of studies with Katonah, Iyengar, Vinyasa and therapeutic yoga and I focus my sessions on your specific needs.
My sessions are primarily focused on helping uncover areas of weakness, imbalance, tightness or disassociation and bring them into healthier patterns. Private yoga helps reduce chronic pain and anxiety while strengthening joints, detoxifying the body and improving energy, focus, intuition and flexibility. Yoga practices shift you into the parasympathetic nervous system, putting the body in a state of peace and healing. Whether you're a total beginner or are looking to uncover unhealthy patterns in your current way of movement, you will be in good hands.

Training & Qualifications


Diana Paschal is a 500RYT yoga and meditation teacher and transformational coach. She’s taught at the best studios in NYC and LA, offering a blend of her extensive and ongoing studies in Vinyasa, Katonah, Iyengar and Taoism. Diana also works with individuals, corporations and facilitates global retreats, teacher trainings and her signature AwakenAwe experiences. She brings over two decades of studies in movement therapy, dance, gymnastics, yoga, meditation and embodiment. Diana’s classes offer accessible, nurturing instruction on alignment and breath, and she brings specialized, therapeutic attention and coaching to private clients. Diana utilizes yoga as a vehicle to discover one's nature and find deeper connection, clarity and wellbeing. She’s taught for YogaGlo, Gaiam, Wanderlust, DayBreaker, Columbia Business School, MindBodyGreen and AloYoga. She is grateful to offer wisdom that has supported her in healing and peace.
