First I will begin by evaluating the clients wants and needs on a nutritional standpoint. For example, is the client trying to lose weight? Does the client have any allergies? Etc. I will then assess some of the clients likes, dislikes and food preferences as well as preferred cooking methods. After this, I will set up a meal plan to be offered to the client and if he or she desires and is local, I can prepare the meal at an additional cost or trade.
