I have over 15 years of experience in computer end-user support. While in high school in the 90s, I was also attending college and occupational classes in computer science. After high school, I attended 2 years of college, furthering my knowledge in IT. After, I started work in various positions revolving around technology. Today I am able to attend to most needs a personal computer user might encounter. I am also an expert in personal technology, like smartphones, tablets, smart watches, TVs and video game consoles, and more.
