Denise was very prompt in her phone call.
Even though my case was a bit more complicated than we'd expected, but she rolled with it very well and adju...sted quickly.
She was firm and kind. Denise validated some things for me that I was really avoiding validating. But there were truths nonetheless. She also helped me to visualize the steps that I need to take so that I can start making a difference in my mindsets which will allow me to change my perspective of my circumstances - allowing CHANGE IN my circumstances.
It will take real work on my part too, but Denise helped me to see where on Earth to put my first and start making forward progress.
Based on my interaction with Denise, I plan to utilize her services again. Likely many times.

Had a marketing consult with Denise and found it to be a frustrating and disappointing experience. I wanted to go over some very specific stuff which ...I had shared with her via email before the call but when I got on the phone with her it felt like one bump after the next, as she went from one story to the next about her business and personal experiences. If I'm going to someone for a service I like them to be solely focused on me and what I'm coming to them for. I felt I had to keep refocusing the conversation to go over what I had booked the call to cover. With that said, I was able to get a few nuggets here and there, I just wish the whole call was focused on the agenda I had previously requested. show more
