As a yoga therapist for 23 years, sleep issues are hands-down the most common among clients. Whether it’s getting to sleep, staying asleep, and/or poor sleep quality, I can help give you simple things to gain better sleep. Together, we’ll chat via email or phone to define your sleep issue, gather information, & you’ll share your hopes & goals. In our follow-up call, I will share specific things you can do to begin sleeping better right away! Improve your sleep to improve your life!
Training & Qualifications
My company, Feel Your Best (FYB), was started in 1995. I am a yoga therapist with 32 years experience & over 6000 hours of training. I specialize in pain management, & also weave together yoga, psychotherapy, & neuroscience (PNI) for a unique & holistic approach.
Availability & Preferences
My schedule varies widely day to day, but typically I am available between 9am & 7pm MST Monday through Friday, & between 10am & 4pm Saturday.
