Virtual Holistic Living Program
Through the use of questionnaires and a virtual physical assessment we will find out where your body is out of balance. I utilize a Holistic Corrective approach in order to do this. The Holistic Corrective approach is about the 5 keys.
The 5 keys are
1. Mind - Beliefs, thoughts, emotions
2. Movement - Structured, unstructured, work in, work out
3. Rest - Total, active & passive
4. Nutrition - Air, water, food
5. X Factors - EMF's, light, sound etc.
We will look at both the quality and quantity of the 5 keys.
I utilize a personalized online software to create your program. It lets you know what to do, when to do it and how to do it. The how is shown through video and explained with in detail text.
The program I create is uniquely tailored to you, your current challenges and your personal goals. You come with the goal and I formulate the systematic process you need to get there.
