Martial arts&self defense training
Learn to defend yourself using martial arts, and also learn how to apply these techniques to your every day life. The best way to control your body is to control your mind, that's why along with learning physical techniques I will also teach you mental techniques using Tia Chi and breathing exercises. No experience needed, I can teach a beginner or experienced fighter. It is better to be a warrior in the garden, then a gardener in a war. Each session would be about 3hrs long, start with warm ups then some Tia chi and breathing exercises, then combative techniques, cool down and finish with meditation again.
Training & Qualifications
When I went to college I took a Tia Chi course and from there I joined the martial arts club. I learned many styles from Shaolin Wu Shu to jujitsu. From their I to mastering these arts from my own studying and talking and sparing with other practitioner when the opportunity arises. I was a personal trainer for an amateur MMA fighter, but do to his budget restraints, we are on hiatus untill he get his other thing in order, and will resume training then.
