I am a certified hardware specialist with degree in IT Security.
My primary experience has been in help desk and hardware support/repair.
My goal is to work a repair/help desk position where i can utilize my 15+ years of experience in hardware support and end user help desk support.
I have a great deal of experience in active directory, hardware repair, software installation and support, system deployment, troubleshooting and networking. I have certifications in Windows 7, 8, 10, Windows Server 2003/2007, Windows Exchange Server; i also have hardware certifications from ASUS, Fujitsu, Brother and several other hardware companies.
