I will help anyone who is looking for support on a Windows PC. This includes, but is not limited to giving tutorials on certain processes on Windows PCs, giving directions to help people find specific files or programs, assisting in identifying and solving problems with the system, and walking clients through removing viruses from their PC and avoiding/preventing malware in the future. My service must be entirely through phone or Skype calls, but in my experience a verbal explanation is more than sufficient to get people to understand what their problem is and how they can fix it. I can't guarantee that I can fix any problem that a PC can have, but I will try my best.
Training & Qualifications
I have taken several PC-intensive classes such as HTML-Web Design, Desktop Publishing, JAVA Programming, and Video Editing. Outside of these classes, I'm almost always using my personal computer for several different tasks and activities. I have owned several different Windows laptops and desktops, and I've solved hundreds of problems and figured out hundreds of new things in my years as a Windows user.
Availability & Preferences
I'm available after 5 pm on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends.
