About Darren Baker
I am a self-motivated professional with over 15+ years of experience in IT in various industries
My experience is derived from working in fast paced, technology focused customer service and support environments.
My expertise includes Service Support, Service Delivery, Technical Support, Technical Authoring and Process Design, Technical Training/Delivery and Technical Project Management
I haves significant experience of managing technical creation new projects, delivering and administering Merged Reality support environments
I am also an Armed Forces veteran, who also supports the Army Cadets (24 years now ;) ) in my Role as Company Commander I am responsible for over 50 adults and 228 cadets (ages between 13-18)
I pride myself on being able to assist the next generation in whatever field they choose, by providing mentor ship, guidance, and access to courses and experiences that will push them to their very limits
Other than that, I have a wonderful wife, a dog, a love for 3D design/Printing, laser engraving, Clay-pigeon shooting (sporting), long distance target shooting , motorcycles and the open road
