I will be able to offer cooking tips or even simple lessons via the Internet. If requested I can give lessons or even demonstrate to small classes in person.
Training & Qualifications
I have an Associates degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University.
I participated in a vocational culinary program in high school.
I have a multitude of culinary certifications, as well as a bartender's certificate.
